Only the very best candidates qualify for the Finance Excellence Program. Each year, some 20 graduates with majors in business science or finance are given the chance to prove themselves by developing solutions to a variety of business-related challenges. By meeting these demands, they are able to grow and thus prepare themselves in the best possible way for a long and successful management career.
The Finance Excellence Program consists of two very intensive years of learning performed in one of Siemens' groups or corporate units. The program will require you to assume responsibility for interesting and demanding projects from the very first day.
Thanks to your active participation in operational tasks and international projects you'll soon become acquainted with the enormous business spectrum of one of the world's leading international corporations. Regular feedback and mentoring will provide the necessary orientation.
Starting in Germany, the Siemens Finance Excellence Program will require you to give your all. But you'll get even more in return. The personal and professional development that you'll experience during this time will shape your career for years to come.
Your personal performance will be examined regularly during this time. Most importantly, after these two years of intense learning you will need to show us how far you have come, both professionally and personally, and whether we will be able to entrust you with a leading position.
